Home Health Aide Accused Of Stealing From Fairfield County Client, Police Say A home health aide has been arrested for allegedly stealing items from a person she cared for in Fairfield County. Stephanie Sabat, age 37, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant by Monroe Police on Wednesday, April 28, for the incident which took place in August 2019, said Lieutenant Kevin McKellick of the Monroe Police Department.
