Suspected Drug Dealer Caught With 54 Envelopes Of Heroin In Stamford, Police Say A 42-year-old man was nabbed with a stash of heroin after Narc squad agents were tipped off to a potential drug deal.  Shakee Galberth of Bridgeport was arrested around 1 p.m. Wednesday after members of the Stamford Narcotics and Organized Crime unit received a tip that a large, bald, black man would be in the area of the Red Carpet Inn on Main Street for a deal, said Stamford Police Capt.
