Darien Man, 23, Drives 100 MPH On I-95, Jumps On Top Of Car To Scare Victim, Police Say
A man from Darien has been charged after police say he drove at 100 MPH on I-95 and jumped on top of the car.
Darien Police say they responded to the area of Pear Tree Point Road on a report of an altercation on Thursday, July 25 around 12:15 a.m.
Upon arrival, police say they observed a man running from a vehicle in the driveway. The victim, who was located inside the vehicle, reported being in a relationship with the man, identified as Robert Oxer, Jr., 23, according to police.
