Man Caught With Heroin In Milford
An erratic driver in Connecticut was busted with heroin and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop, police said. Members of the Milford Police Department stopped local resident Christopher Carr shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 2, on Pumpkin Delight Road near Monroe Street, following reports of an erratic driver in the area. Police said that during the traffic stop, they established probable cause to investigate Carr and his vehicle.
