31-Year-Old Surrenders To Greenwich Police In Connection With Heroin Overdose A 31-year-old man was arrested for allegedly selling drugs to a person who later overdosed on heroin. Parker Ross of Riverside turned himself in to Greenwich Police after being notified of an active warrant for his arrest in connection with the event that took place on Saturday, Oct. 20, said Greenwich Police. Greenwich police and EMS personnel responded to a home in Riverside on the report of a possible heroin overdose. The patient was transported to Greenwich Hospital for treatment, police said.
