Asaiah John Ford, 18, of East Haven, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 31, after he was spotted running a red light on Orchard Street at Post Road around 1:40 a.m., in Cos Cob, said Greenwich Police Captain Mark E. Zuccerella. Greenwich Police Respond To Two Separate Hit-And-Run Incidents Two people, including a Westchester man, were arrested in a pair of separate hit-and-run incidents involving pedestrians in Greenwich, police said. The first incident took place on Friday when police responded to South Water Street for a report of a pedestrian struck by a grey Acura sedan, said Greenwich PD Lt. David Nemecek. When officers arrived they found that a person had struck a juvenile while he was backing in the roadway and then fled the scene, Nemecek. The juvenile was not seriously injured, he said.
