CT Man Nabbed For Multiple Sexual Assaults, More Charges Expected, Police Say A Connecticut man has been charged in several alleged sexual assault cases, and police expect additional victims as the investigation continues. Akin Jamal Warner, age 25, of Windsor Locks, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 3, for the second time while in custody at the Hartford Correctional Center, said Windsor Locks Lt.
