Man Threatens To Shoot People In Restaurant After Fight, Police Say A 28-year-old man who allegedly punched another diner in a Portuguese restaurant and then came back and threatened to shoot people inside was arrested.  Jonathan Figueroa, of Naugatuck, was arrested around midnight Thursday after Naugatuck Police were called to the Santos' Restuarant on Church Street regarding a fight, said the Naugatuck Police in an arrest report.
