Homeless Man Charged With Breaking Windshield With Traffic Cone In Stamford STAMFORD, Conn. — Police arrested a homeless man in Stamford on Tuesday after an officer saw him break a car windshield, according to the Stamford Advocate. Police told the Stamford Advocate that at around 5 p.m. Tuesday an officer saw the homeless man break the windshield of the car with a traffic cone. The car was an Uber that had arrived at an office building on Summer Street to pick someone up, the Stamford Advocate reported.
