Man Attacks Driver After Crash In Road-Rage Incident, Stamford Police Say A witness video of a road rage attack has led to the arrest of a Stamford man who is familiar to police. Kadeem Sadio, 28, was arrested and charged with numerous motor vehicle violations around 6:30 p.m. Saturday, after he backed into another vehicle in the area of Mission Street and then attempted to leave the scene of the accident without exchanging information, causing the other driver to confront him, Stamford Police said. Tinted Windows Lead To Stamford Drug Bust Darkly tinted windows landed a local man in jail after police found more than a pound of pot and cocaine during a traffic stop, according to the Stamford Police Department. Ryan Lee Cruz, 33, of Williams Street, was stopped Tuesday after officers with the Narcotics and Organized Crime squad spotted a Toyota Highlander with heavily tinted windows on Merrell Avenue, said Capt.
