CT Man Uses Forged Checks To Spend $5K At Costco, Police Say A 31-year-old Connecticut man was nabbed for allegedly using several forged checks to spend $5,000 at Costco, police say. Daniel H. Falvey, age 31, of East Hartford, was charged on Thursday, March 28, on an active warrant and charged with larceny and issuing a bad check. According to Sgt. Mark Cleverdon of the South Windsor Police, Falvey's arrest stems from a January investigation in which police found he used several forged checks from an East Hartford business to purchase the items at Costco. CT Man Charged With Sexual Assault For Allegedly Touching Police Officer's Breast During Arrest A Connecticut man was arrested for allegedly touching a female police officer's breast while he was being detained for drunk driving. Hartford County resident Israel Sanchez-Vilchis, age 44, of New Britain, turned himself in to police on Monday, Aug. 29. According to Sgt. Mark N.
