Man Busted For Fraud, Illegal Use Of Credit Card In Darien, Police Say A Fairfield County man was arrested for alleged fraud after he had his phone repaired and said a family member would pay for it. Nygel Joseph, age 25, of Stamford, was arrested on a warrant on Wednesday, Sept. 22, after he turned himself in to Darien Police. The incident took place in January when Darien Police responded to 115 Old Kings Hwy N. for a report fraud complaint. According to Sergeant Dan Skoumbros, of the Darien Police, Joseph visited the store to have his phone repaired and told store employees that a family member would call with the credit card number for payment. …

Two Arrested For Using Stolen Credit Card At Darien Businesses, Police Say Two men have been arrested for allegedly using stolen credit at numerous Fairfield County stores. Nywain Thomas, age 25, and Eric Wolf, age 22, both of Queens, New York, were arrested in Darien after officers responded to a report of two individuals possibly using fake banking cards, according to authorities. Tyetianna Owens-Coles, of Jonesboro, Georgia, was arrested Wednesday for credit card theft, larceny, forgery, and illegal use of a credit card, that took place while she was working in New Canaan, police said. She is being held on $10,000 bond.
