$30M Insider Trading Case: New England Police Chief Profited From Merger Info, Feds Say
Four men from New York and Massachusetts, including a police chief, are accused of making millions of dollars through an insider trading scheme involving one pharmaceutical company’s acquisition of another.
The case, announced by the US Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York on Thursday, June 29, is one of four separate insider trading cases that reportedly generated a combined $30 million for those involved.
Named in the case are:

A man who worked at Reader's Digest in Westchester County for decades has died at the age of 63.
Dutchess County resident Robert Riley-Brown, of Wappingers Falls, died at New York Presbyterian Milstein Heart Center on Saturday, Aug. 20, according to his obituary.
He was born in the Litchfield County town of Sharon, Connecticut.
According to his obituary, Riley-Brown worked as a supervisor at the Global Data Center at Reader's Digest in Pleasantville for 27 years, and he later worked at IBM in Poughkeepsie, his obituary said.

Lulgjuraj discovered actress Diane Keaton’s wallet from more than 50 years ago concealed within the dusty wooden box in the storage locker, according to the Daily News.
