CT Man Sentenced For Role In Heroin, Fentanyl Trafficking Ring A Connecticut man has been sentenced for his role in a heroin and fentanyl trafficking ring. Bryan Vinales, age 25, of Waterbury, was sentenced on Thursday, Feb. 3, to 60 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release, according to Leonard Boyle, United States attorney for the District of Connecticut.
