A 52-year-old man was charged after police said he drove in Fairfield County while intoxicated at more than three times the legal limit. Police responded to a report of an erratic driver in the area of Post Road and Hecker Avenue in Darien shortly after 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15, the Darien Police Department said. Recognize him? Law enforcement agencies in Fairfield County are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to identify and locate a suspect wanted for an alleged assault. A Stamford man is facing DUI charges after police say his vehicle was stopped on the roadway in Darien. Darien Police say they observed a dark-colored sedan stationary on Hecker Avenue at the intersection of Post Road on Saturday, May 4 around 12:30 a.m. Police say the vehicle’s signal was on flash and that it was not moving despite the lack of traffic. Police: Road-Rage Incident Leads To Intoxicated Motorist's Arrest In Darien
A Westchester motorist is facing multiple charges after a road rage incident, police say. Darien Police received a report from the victim on Sunday, March 10 around 7 p.m. stating that a red sedan was following her in a threatening manner. She said the vehicle first started following her in Rowayton, and she was currently on Hecker Avenue. The victim was instructed to pull over in front of the police department, which was nearby.
