29-Year-Old Accused Of Ordering Pizza, Then Robbing Delivery Man In Norwalk Police in Fairfield County have charged a 29-year-old man with ordering food from a pizza restaurant and then allegedly robbing the driver. Harlie Thompson, of Norwalk, was arrested on Wednesday, March 20 for the Saturday, Feb. 24, crime. According to Sgt. Man With Loaded Pistol In Waistband Faces Drug Charges After Foot Chase In Norwalk, Police Say A man who was already on probation was busted by police on drug and weapon charges after a brief struggle when officers spotted him with a pistol in his waistband. Officers from the Norwalk Police Department’s Strategic Narcotics Enforcement Team attempted to apprehend Norwalk resident Harlie Thompson on Sunday afternoon.
