Fortunately, Charles Dudley of Redding came upon the winning ticket just in time to claim the $1,000,000 prize. Winning $1M Powerball Ticket Sold In Area Still Unclaimed Lottery officials are asking players to check their tickets to see if they are the lucky winner of a winning $1 million Powerball ticket purchased in May before it expires next month.
