Three Fairfield County Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops Several area motorists were among two dozen busted by New York State Police troopers in the Hudson Valley for alleged impaired driving. Local residents facing charges include:  Westchester County On Saturday, Feb. 23 State Police troopers from Livingston arrested Michael S. Grant, 31, of Elmsford, for DWI.
