Update: ID Released For Food Delivery Driver Shot Dead In Bridgeport, Shooter Nabbed Police have identified the Chinese food delivery driver allegedly shot and killed by a teen in Fairfield County. Jiabin Lin, age 36, of Flushing, Queens, was working as a food delivery driver for Yummy Yummy Chinese Restaurant in Bridgeport when he was shot and killed on Saturday, March 4 in a parking lot, said Bridgeport Police Capt. Kevin Gilleran. Gilleran said Lin had no known next of kin in the US, but his family in China has been notified. Lin's alleged 17-year-old killer was also arrested, Gilleran said. Friendly’s Opens First Fast-Casual Cafe Restaurant chain Friendly's has launched its first fast-casual cafe.  The company announced that it has opened its first "Friendly's Cafe" in Hampden County, Massachusetts.  The eatery is located at 291 East Main St. in Westfield. ID Released For Food Delivery Man Shot In Back While Working In Fairfield County A Fairfield County food delivery driver who was shot while delivering food has been identified. On Saturday, Feb. 6, at 9:39 p.m. Bridgeport Police responded to the report of shots fired in the 300 block of Dover Street, Bridgeport, said Captain Kevin Gilleran. Patrol officers located 28-year-old Phillip Azor, of Bridgeport, who had been shot in the back while delivering food in the area, Gilleran said. Azor was rushed to an area hospital where he continues to be treated for serious injuries, the captain said. The Bridgeport Detective Bureau is investigating the incident.  Anyo…

The incident took place just before 10 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 6, in the 300 block of Dover Street when after a Shotspotter gunfire activation and numerous 911 calls regarding a person shot in Bridgeport.
