Middletown resident Eugene Carlin, 59, has been sentenced to a term of 18 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release after pleading guilty in federal court to conspiracy to distribute, and to possess with intent to distribute, 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, and aiding in the preparation of false tax returns.
