On Wednesday, July 5, Norwalk Police received a complaint that New Haven County resident Enrique Rivas-Castillo, age 23, of Ansonia, had threatened the victim over the phone, said Lt. Denaisha Stephenson, age 29, of Manchester, and Tania Anderson, age 34, of Hartford, were arrested by Greenwich Police on Tuesday, April 20, after responding to a Greenwich Avenue store for a report of shoplifting, said Lt. Man Trying To Avoid Cell Phone Ticket Leads Police On Chase In Stamford A Stamford man talking on a cell phone ended up with more than $700 in traffic tickets after refusing to stop for police. Robert Powell, 49, was spotted by an officer talking on his Wednesday on Greenwich Avenue, said Sgt. Brian Butler. When Powell noticed that the officer had spotted him, he sped up, went over a double-yellow line and through a red light in an attempt to get away, Butler said.
