Know Him? Police Search For Man Accused Of Groping Girls At Fairfield County Beach Police are asking for the public's help identifying a man who allegedly "inappropriately groped" two girls swimming at an area beach over the Labor Day weekend. The incident took place at East Beach in Stamford’s Cove Island Park, on Labor Day when the two nine-year-old girls were swimming at the beach, said Stamford Police Lt. Tom Barcello.
