CT Man Impersonates Officer: Threatens To Arrest Victims Before Befriending Them, Police Say A Connecticut man was arrested after allegedly impersonating an officer in Tolland County and threatening to arrest two victims before offering to have a beer with them, police said. Windham County resident David Wright of Ashford, age 58, was arrested on Thursday, June 15 after allegedly impersonating a police officer in Mansfield, according to state police.
