ID Released For State Trooper Killed In I-84 Crash Connecticut State Police have identified the trooper who died during a serious crash involving a tractor-trailer on I-84 on Thursday afternoon. Police positively identified Trooper First Class Kevin Miller as the casualty in Thursday’s crash, which shut down a stretch of the eastbound interstate on Thursday as investigators combed the area.
