$10K Reward Offered For Info In Fatal Fairfield County Hit-Run The father of a Hudson Valley man who died in a hit-and-run crash on I-84 has raised the reward being offered to $10,000 to help find the vehicle that hit his son. Daniel "Danny" Crawford Jr., 32, was found around 1 a.m. Saturday, on April 7,  after a Connecticut State Police received a 911 car reporting a body in the road near Exit 2 in Danbury. Man Found Dead On Shoulder Of Roadway In Fairfield County A 32-year-old Brewster man was found dead on the shoulder of a stretch of I-84 early Saturday morning in Danbury after an apparent hit-and-run crash, according to Connecticut State Police. A 911 call at about 1 a.m. reported a person in the roadway near Exit 2 in Danbury, state police said. State Police then located a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the right shoulder and the deceased person, who died of an apparent fatal injury, according to state police.
