Josiah J. Report Of Residential Burglary Leads To Arrest Of Man With Active Warrant In Greenwich False reports of a residential burglary in Fairfield County led to the arrest of a wanted man who was working at a local home, police said. The Greenwich Police Department received a report of an alleged burglary shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 29 on Westcott Street.  Upon arrival at the home, police said that workers at the scene set off an alarm on accident.
