Monir Uddin, of Brooklyn, New York, turned himself in to Connecticut State Police on Saturday, April 20, for the incident on Saturday, Jan. 13, in Litchfield at the Citgo gas station at 199 West Street. Man, 41, Charged With Manslaughter Of Stamford Woman, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been charged with manslaughter in the Sept. 2022 death of his girlfriend following an investigation.
