Norwalk Woman Defrauds Car Dealership: Police A Fairfield County woman faces grand larceny charges after allegedly defrauding a car dealership in the Hudson Valley while trading in her vehicle, police said.  On Tuesday, June 13, Norwalk resident Melanie Ham was arrested for defrauding a dealership, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office announced on Friday, June 30.
