Suspect In Critical Condition After Shoot-Out With Police State police are investigating an officer-involved shooting that left one person in critical condition following a shoot-out with police. The incident began just past midnight on Tuesday, when two Hartford Police officers on a special detail in response to recent reports of gunfire in the area, were patrolling in the area of Captial Avenue and South Whitney, said the Connecticut State Police.
