CT Motorcyclist Seriously Injured By Juvenile Driving Lexus, Police Say One person was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle being driven by a juvenile in Connecticut. The incident took place in New Haven County in Milford around 5 p.m., Sunday, July 10 in the area of Broad Street and Bridgeport Avenue.  The collision involved a 2007 Lexus IS250 driven by a juvenile and a 2016 Harley Davidson motorcycle, said the Milford Police Department. 10-Year-Old Downtown Cafe Purchased By New Owners Cafe Atlantique has been sold to the owners of a gaming cafe in the city. Husband and wife Ryan McConnell and Hanna Tedros, owners of Hawkwood Game Cafe on Broad Street have purchased Atlantique, said Atlantique Tina Roberts on Monday, Sept. 21. Atlantique on River Street, which closed for months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will reopen under new management toward the end of October. Some of the Atlantique staff will stay on and work under the new owners, Roberts said. Suspect On Loose After Armed Robbery Of Area Thai Restaurant Police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to locate a man who pulled a semi-automatic weapon during an armed robbery of a Thai restaurant in the area. The Milford Police Department released a surveillance photo of a suspect who walked into the Taste of Thai restaurant at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 10, on Broad Street in Armory Square.  Police said the suspect walked into the restaurant with a black semi-automatic handgun and took cash from the register.
