1 Killed In 3-Vehicle CT Crash One person was killed and another injured during an early morning three-vehicle crash in Connecticut. The collision occurred in Hartford County around 5:15 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 20 in the area of Waterville Road and Reverknolls in Avon. According to Lt. John Schmalberger of the Avon Police, the driver of a Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling South on Waterville Road when it was involved in a crash with two other vehicles.   Life-saving measures were performed on the scene but were unsuccessful. Woman Killed By Police Sergeant Husband In CT Murder-Suicide ID'd As Beloved Library Director A Connecticut woman killed by her police sergeant husband was a beloved library director. The couple was found shot to death in Hartford County in East Granby, on Sunday, Aug. 28 at 6 p.m., and were identified as T.J. Jacius, age 49, and Doreen Jacius, age 48, both of East Granby.
