A resident reported on Thursday morning that she had seen footprints in the snow around her GMC Acadia, and that the car had been entered. It had been left unlocked overnight, police said. The owner found that the center console was open, but nothing was missing.

Another resident reported that same morning that her unlocked BMW sedan had also been entered during the overnight hours. The door was ajar and the interior light was on when she went to her car in the morning. Nothing was reported missing, police said.
