Mark Yarish was taken into custody at 10:30 a.m. by Darien Police on an active arrest warrant. He was charged with five counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count of second-degree reckless endangerment after he "introduced juveniles to narcotics," police said.
The arrest warrant was issued as the result of a continuing investigation into Yarish, who was arrested in late July on charges of filling alcohol orders for teens via text message, police said.
Detectives determined that Yarish specifically provided and used cocaine with juveniles as young as age 14, while in his home at 20 Cherry St., police said.

The Department of Children and Families has been working with police to ensure the safety of any involved juveniles.
Yarish was held on $100,000 court-set bond and remained in the custody of the Darien Police Department.
On July 21, Yarish was arrested on charges of buying alcohol for teens and selling it to them at a substantial markup for several months, police said. He took the orders via text, police said.
Officers and detectives have been investigating reports over the past several months that Yarish was providing illicit substances to minors in and around Darien, police said.
In that case, Yarish was charged with felony counts of providing alcohol to minors and risk of injury to a minor. He was released on a $40,000 bond.
The investigation in the Yarish case remains active, police said. No further information was released.
