Customers using the New Canaan branch of Metro-North Railroad this weekend will have to use buses instead of trains as the Metropolitan Transportation Authority performs maintenance work on the tracks of the New Canaan branch.
The substitute busing will be in effect Saturday and Sunday with buses following train schedules, the MTA reported Friday.
The MTA will also add new timetables on April 3 with changes for New Haven Line customers. A new Friday evening train will depart the New Haven station at 5:22 p.m. and make stops in South Norwalk and Stamford before arriving at Grand Central at 6:56 p.m. Some other trains may see a change of one to five minutes. New timetables are available at Grand Central and other train stations.
Do the train changes cause any inconveniences for you?
