Matsuri, an Asian fusion cuisine restaurant at 390 Post Road, hosted a ribbon cutting as it celebrated being a new member of the Darien Chamber of Commerce and kicked off its new Happy Hour. The Happy Hour, which will be introduced in March, will be 4 to 6 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays. Masuri recently introduced live music, including vocals and nine-string guitar, to add to the dining ambience. Jenifer Menedis, a member of Abba Tribute Band "Bjorn Again," is currently performing.
