To the editor:
"The reason we need to spend money is that traffic is bad," Gov. Dannel Malloy said. "Traffic is bad because we underinvested in this system for the better part of 20 years before I became governor.”
Once again Malloy is blaming his predecessors for Connecticut’s failings, blaming his over-expenditures on “bad traffic.”
Tom Foley won’t resort to doubletalk when confronted with difficult questions. He will act responsibly while spending judiciously, and when necessary rely on experts to get realistic solutions.
Look toward the future and vote Tom Foley for Governor and stop using past legislatures to absolve current legislature shortcomings! Ray Slavin
