New Canaan, Darien Chambers Host Golf Classic

There are few more enjoyable ways to network and make new business connections than a round of golf.  It is in this spirit that we announce the first-ever Annual Partnership Golf Classic on Sept. 21 at the Country Club of New Canaan, brought to you by the New Canaan and Darien Chambers of Commerce.

The synergy of this chamber partnership provides networking opportunities and business visibility on a broader scale than that of a single chamber event. Reach out to golfing friends, family members, clients and co-workers with whom you’d like to play and also consider one of our sponsorship packages. Sponsors receive announcements in chamber e-newsletters, on local news Websites, in area newspapers and corporate signage at the event and recognition at the awards ceremony. And, for those non-golfers out there, we welcome you to sign up for the dinner buffet, cocktails and networking reception starting at 5 p.m.

All proceeds are used to help finance the chamber’s communitywide events, such as the downtown holiday lighting, Halloween Parade, Village Fair and Sidewalk Sales, Restaurant Week and the Holiday Stroll, just to name a few.
