DARIEN, Conn. -- Louie's Italian Restaurant & Bar has officially opened in Darien, taking over the former Darien Social spot, at 10 Center St.

Veal Rolantini at Louie's is stuffed with prosciutto, ,mozzarella in a mushroom demi-glaze.
