An official ribbon-cutting ceremony was held recently. After the ceremony, a free yoga class was held for all who attended the event.
With the integration of the Venture Yoga team, the Kaia Yoga family of studios in Westport, Greenwich and Darien now has 80 teachers and more than 250 yoga classes per week across a wide range of styles. The studio also hosts a wide variety of workshops and special events on yoga, meditation, health, and parenting, among others. Wellness and spa treatments are also available by appointment at each studio location.
“We have been big fans of the Venture Yoga team since they opened and are very pleased to welcome them to the Kaia Yoga family,” Gina Norman, Kaia Yoga co-founder, said in a statement. “Under the direction of founder Erin Huot, Venture has grown to become a well-respected and important resource for wellness in Darien. We are committed to helping build on the incredible work they have done and look forward to bringing new types of yoga classes and wellness services to the Darien community.”
The studio is located in downtown Darien near the Metro-North train station and will offer hot vinyasa and Mysore-style yoga.
