Darien Chamber Hosts Ribbon-Cuttings For New Stores

DARIEN, Conn. -- The Darien Chamber of Commerce welcomed two new stores to town as it hosted two ribbon-cuttings recently.

Everything is Rosey opened at 1072 Post Road, and Wiggles & Giggles opened at 1074 Post Road.

Everything Is Rosey, owned by Darien resident Rosey Costello, carries a variety of items, including trays, candles, needlepoint stockings, kitchen towels, waste cans, tissue boxes, pajamas, robes, women's and men's boxers, tunics and dresses.

Wiggles & Giggles, a children's clothing store, is owned by Darien resident Erica Wood.

At the ribbon cutting, longtime Chamber of Commerce member Dr. Christine Hamilton Hall of Darien and Zachary Decker, a student from New College of Florida, presented an International Baccalaureate Young Scientist Award from New College of Florida to Austin McLaughlin. McLaughlin is entering his senior year at Darien High School.
