One Resident Injured In Fairfield County House Fire, Police Say
A Fairfield County man received serious burns and suffered smoke inhalation attempting to put out a fire at his home. The fire took place in Easton around 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 24 at the home located at 15 hayes St. Easton firefighters responded to the home after receiving a 911 call from the resident stating the house was on fire and that people were still in the home, said Capt. House Fire Breaks Out At Six-Bedroom Estate In Weston
A $2 million Weston home was ravaged by a fire that spread through the 7,000-square-foot mansion. The fire started Sunday night, Feb. 10 at the home at 103 Good Hill Road, said the Weston Fire Department. When crews arrived on the scene, they found a heavy fire that extended into the attic near the garage and spread throughout the home.
