Stamford Marina Director Busted For Ripping Off Funds The man in charge of supervising Stamford's three marina's turned himself into police after an investigation found he had ripped off more than $60,000 in funds over the past three years, according to Stamford Police. Sean Elumba, 43, of Stamford, was charged Friday with larceny and released on a $50,000 court appearance bond, said Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin.
