Suspect Nabbed In Rash Of Vehicle Break-Ins In Stamford, Norwalk Police have arrested a suspect in a string of vehicle break-ins in the Stamford and Norwalk areas. Starting in April of 2018, the City of Stamford experienced a large number of burglaries involving forcibly entered vehicles and removal of rims and tires. One incident, which occurred on a night in July, included seven vehicles having their windows broken and being forcibly entered on Glenbrook Road.
