Weekend Traffic Alert Issued For Maker Faire, Minute Man Race In Westport The Westport Police Department is cautioning motorists to be cautious over the weekend due to popular events that are scheduled. This weekend, the Maker Faire will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 27 with several attractions being held around the Baldwin Lot on Elm Street and the Veterans Green. The following day, Sunday, April 28, beginning at 8:30 a.m., the Westport Young Women’s League will host the annual Minute Man Race.
