CT Teen Charged In Connection To Death Of 22-Year-Old Found Dead Inside Car A Connecticut teenager has been charged with manslaughter in the death of another man who he allegedly shot while firing a gun in the man's vehicle. Charles Hill, age 19, of New Haven, was arrested on Wednesday, March 9, in connection with the Saturday, Jan, 15 shooting death of 22-year-old Herman Bellamy in Hamden. Hill was allegedly firing a gun inside Bellamy's vehicle at another vehicle when a bullet struck Bellamy, who was driving, killing him, said Det. Sean Dolan, of the Hamden Police Department. ID Released For Woman Allegedly Killed By Ex-Husband In Fairfield A woman who was allegedly shot and killed by her ex-husband has been identified by Fairfield Police. Catherine Taylor, 70, of Redding Road in Fairfield, was killed by her ex-husband, James Taylor, 76, also of Fairfield, around 9:30 p.m. Sunday, said Fairfield Police Capt. Robert Kalamaras.
