- Darien: $2.179 million; up $13,314, or 0.6%
- Easton: $965,402; up $6,878, or 0.7%
- Fairfield: $7.7 million; up $250,000, or 3.3%
- Greenwich: $5.6 million; up $67,000, or 1.2%
- New Canaan: $1.9 million; up $6,700, or 0.3%
- Norwalk: $16.1 million; up $487,000, or 3.1%
- Redding $1.2 million; up $8,684, or 0.7%
- Ridgefield: $3.3 million; up $125, or 0%
- Stamford: $17.9 million; up $1.34 million, or 8.1%
- Weston: $1.2 million; up $2,500, or 0.2%
- Westport: $3.5 million; up $76,000, or 2.2%
- Wilton: $2.4 million; up $32,900, or 1.3%
