Man Charged With Breaking Into Danbury Home, Violating Protective Order

DANBURY, Conn. — A Bronx, N.Y., man was in police custody with bail set at $25,000 on charges of breaking into a home on Town Hill Avenue and attempting to fight with police officers on the sidewalk Tuesday night, The News-Times reports.

Police went to the house on reports of a domestic disturbance and arrested Joshua Rosado, 25, who was prohibiting from being in contact with the victim because of active protective order, police told The News-Times.

Police were told by the caller that Rosado had a BB gun, The News-Times said.
