The attorney for Lidia Quilligana, 31, asked a judge to lower her $1 million bail to $100,000 so that she can receive medical treatment, according to the report.
A nanny-cam recorded Quilligana intentionally burning the child’s hands and leg, resulting in second-degree burns March 27, police said.
