Save The Date: Giant Balloons, Bands To Step Off In Stamford Parade
STAMFORD, Conn. — The holiday season is just around the corner — and so is the 24th annual Stamford Downtown Parade Spectacular, set to step off at noon on Sunday, Nov. 19.
One of the largest parades of its kind in the U.S., this year’s march will include 12 giant helium balloons floating down downtown streets for the enjoyment of more than 200,000 spectators.

REDDING, Conn. -- It's finally here. Redding Beer Company will host its grand opening TapFest on Saturday, Oct. 14 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The party, at 7 Main Street, will feature local fare by Uncle Leo's and delivery from Lombardi's Trattoria. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food.
The new brewery, run by the father/son team of Jim and David Baulsir, operates under the motto "tapped into nature."
