Todd Patrick Ford of Westport was last seen around 3 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14 leaving the complex at 5 Canal St., on foot. According to Westport Police Lt. Matthew Gouveia, Ford is in need of prescription medication and the department is "concerned for his welfare." Ford is 5-foot-9, 190 pounds with short dark hair. Greenwich Man, 20, Passed Out In Car Charged With DUI A 20-year-old Fairfield County man was charged with DUI after he was allegedly found passed out behind the wheel of his car in a no-parking zone.  Daniel Estrella-Ortiz, of Greenwich, was charged on Sunday, Nov. 11 after police found him passed out behind the wheel of his running car in a no-parking zone on Bruce Park Ave. According to Lt. Police Seeking Help After Woman Found On Roadway With Serious Injuries In Bridgeport Police are asking the public for help identifying a vehicle that may have hit a woman found lying on the ground at an intersection in Fairfield County with serious injuries. Bridgeport Police received several calls around 10:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 14 regarding a woman lying at the intersection of Stratford Avenue and Bishop Avenue.
